I am so amazed, flattered, and thankful for the wonderful thank you emails that I receive from my clients. It can be a big job to make decisions for a business but these letters tell me that I am doing things the right way and people truly appreciate it.
When meeting with a potential client, I find it hard to “talk myself up” or “sell myself”. It just isn’t my style and I hope the images speak for themselves instead. So rather than hearing me go on and on, see for yourself! Below are some of the sweet letters I have received recently from happy customers. In a business where the only advertising I do is by word of mouth, these letters are like gold!

Thank you so much again for everything. We loved looking at the pictures to re-live the moment because everything was such a blur. So many people have loved how they have turned out, commenting that they are the best wedding photos they have ever seen, and have raved about how talented you are. Like I had said earlier, I got more emotional over having you as our photographer then I did over my dress!
We also have to thank you for all your advice that you gave us when we first met with you. Because of this, we feel our day was specially tailored to us. Without this advice I think the character of the party wouldn’t have been as special and unique.
So thank you a million times over for capturing our special day and creating such beautiful pictures that we will have for the rest of our lives.

I can not go to bed and close this day without thanking you for preserving the images, the moments, the feelings, the joy, the connections, the love, and the grandeur of the day that began Meghan and Jim’s new life together. Your gift as an artist and your eye to search out the details and the captured, unexpected, endearing moments bring back to life the meaning and emotion of the day. What a treasure to preserve for all time, and we have only seen a portion of the entirety of your production for the day! As Lauren said earlier, now, I just want to see more and more. Erin was at school when Meghan sent the slide show, and she and a good friend found a room to see them on the big screen. She said that made them even more incredible. What more can I say but to share a few of the thoughts that came to mind as I have watched the slide show more times than any normal person should. My thoughts: you found the joy embodied in the faces of all who gathered to celebrate. Colors are crisp and perfect-they simply pop. I love how you were able to use our home-so special particularly for David, the girls, and me. Love the capturing of the architecture at the house and the church. Meghan looks beautiful in every shot. Bubble pictures made me happy. Love the black and white and sepia shots. Flowers are stunning. You captured Jim’s glow as he sees his bride processing down the aisle-what a defining moment in their lives and ours as well. I could go on and on and hope to share more some day, but suffice it to say, I thank you and feel honored that you chose to share your gifts with all of us on this most significant, memorable, and grand day. Oh My GOSH! I LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!!! Unfortunately I’m at work and can’t focus and concentrate on them as much as I would like at the moment, but after one watch through I am blown away. You brought tears to my eyes. Thank you thank you thank you! I sent them to the family right away and my mom called me and was emotional as well. She said you were able to capture “so much joy” in the day, and I couldn’t agree more.
